Did you know?

Did you know that without reading and math enrichment during the summer, research shows that kids lose one to two months of learning? Year after year, the loss can add up. The Foundation has partnered with the Library to enhance programs throughout the summer across Jacksonville. Your support will help keep neighborhood kids learning all summer long!

Help with a one-time gift.

With a $5 donation, you can support Summer Learning at your neighborhood Jacksonville Public Library branch and keep our kids reading. Each $5 help offset the costs for 1 child to attend a Summer Learning program.

Why a recurring gift is so important.

Your donation of just $5 a month will help children keep their education gains this summer and next. Since every $5 gift offsets the cost of one child to participate in the JPL Summer Learning program, giving throughout the year, month after month, ensures the Summer Learning program has the resources to meet the demand at the neighborhood level, in 21 local library branches across the city now and in the future.

Last year, over 10,000 children participated in Summer Learning. This year's goals are even higher! Consider partnering with us to make this goal possible.

Becoming a monthly donor ensures students keep up with the educational demands of today and helps prepare them for a better tomorrow. Be a part of a neighborhood program that recognizes the importance of children's education by making your generous donation a monthly gift today. Just click the "recurring" button in the form below.

The donation form is secure, encrypted and automatically generates a tax-deductible receipt for you.
