The Bibliophile Legacy Society recognizes the generosity of individuals who have named the Jacksonville Public Library as a beneficiary in their estate plans. There is no minimum gift to become a member of the Bibliophile Legacy Society — simply inform us that you have named the Jacksonville Public Library Foundation in your estate plans by completing this Letter of Intent. Please print, complete, sign and return to Jacksonville Public Library Foundation, 303 N. Laura Street, Room 331, Jacksonville, FL 3202, or email the completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Gifts to the Library are not subject to estate tax. Please consult with your attorney or other advisors to make sure that the gift you choose makes sense as part of your overall estate plan.
Sample language to include the Foundation in your estate plan: “I give and bequeath [$ amount or % of estate] to the Jacksonville Public Library Foundation.”
